The hotel is run with passion and competence by the owners, with particular attention to the cuisine prepared directly by Chef Monica Braito: magnificent sweet and savory breakfast buffet with breads, desserts and at least 7 different homemade jams and many tasty bio-wholegrain baked goods of their own production. In the afternoon a tasty snack with tasty Tyrolean specialties is offered. At dinner there is a 4/6-course menu of great quality, and there are always tasty vegetarian dishes and the light course "Vital ". The rich buffet of vegetables and an incredible variety of homemade desserts complete the daily gastronomic offer. The ancient stube of the '700 houses the restaurant, there are a Tyrolean stube for the quietest hours, the Lobby bar with the fireplace, the rustic tavern with fireplace, large elevator; only Hotel in the Valley with an Alpine park of 10000 square meters.
