Sustainability is an integral part of the way we work, based on a true and deep-rooted philosophy cultivated over years of good practices to be shared and disseminated so that sustainability becomes a habit and an everyday life. A sustainability that does not have business as a priority, but the involvement of the largest number of people, employees, guests and suppliers, towards a common goal.
Many small initiatives and efforts are promoted which in their daily work, at low cost, give a constant push towards a new awareness. Some concrete examples? Heating with two pellet boilers, supported by two ceramic stoves. Part of the electricity is self-produced with photovoltaic panels, the remainder comes 100% from renewable sources, use of LED bulbs, separate waste collection, water flow reducers, part of the cleaning detergents are ecological.
Low-impact agriculture such as organic farming is supported, to spread awareness and participation in the creation of a virtuous nutrition system and a food chain organized around values such as quality and health.
